Okay, real talk: I completely overengineered this thing and then ran out of time to actually make a game. I had big dreams — and then reality (and the clock) punched me in the face.
What you’re seeing here is a rushed prototype with a cool core idea that I genuinely love. I wanted to add so much more, like:

A skill tree (yes, for potatoes)

Waves of enemies that actually make sense
-
Proper upgrades and progression
-
More than, like, 2 types of enemies
-
Better assets that don’t look like potato-flavored stock art
-
A whole bunch of achievements you’d never actually complete
-
A map that’s not just a sad box
-
And hey, maybe even a win condition? That would've been cool
But I ran out of time. I spent too long building systems I didn’t end up using, tweaking stuff that never got show — I apologize for the unfinished state.
I really like the idea, though, and I’m planning to revisit this after the jam and actually make it into a full, playable thing.
